Meals In The Bag derived from a fantastic company, Mix It Up Meals. Mix It Up Meals opened in 2004
and quickly became the leader in freezer cooking. Wendy Tracy joined the company in September 2004 as a
cooking coach and became the store manager of White Bear Township in March of 2005. During the summer
of 2006 she managed both Maple Grove and White Bear. Spring of 2007 she was presented with the opportunity
to purchase Mix It Up and jumped at the chance.
So what are her qualifications?
Wendy has been in the hospitality industry for 20+ years. She has worked every position imaginable within
the restaurant industry. Wendy has a 4 year degree in Restaurant Administration from Southwest State
University in Marshall, MN. “I have a passion for cooking and a quest for perfection. It is imperative
to listen to your customers in order to be able to offer items that they are interested in. I believe
that the key to success is always offering superior customer service coupled with excellent food. The
excitement I have for Meals in the Bag cannot be contained. My staff and I look forward to seeing you soon!
